Files intended for printing are in PDF format.  This format allows files to be displayed and printed exactly as created in the original application.  To view PDF files you must have the (free) Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer.  This program can be obtained from Adobe's website at www.adobe.com  After downloading and installing Adobe Acrobat reader you will be able to view and print PDF files through your web browser.
