GSHL Evaluation Skate Times to be Posted on GSHL website

The Greater Saskatoon Hockey League (GSHL) for Tier I Peewee, Bantam and Midget will be posting the scheduled evaluation skate times for all participants on their website this summer. Players registered for GSHL city wide tryouts will not receive their times in the mail. Good luck to all players who will be trying out this season!

Redwing Razors are 2007-08 Bantam Non-contact City Champions

The Redwing Razors went undefeated in the playoffs to earn the Bantam Non-contact City Championship title for the 2007-08 season. The team is coached by Kerry Peru and Glen Silbernagel.  >>more

Pee Wee II Redwing Stingers

The Saskatoon Peewee II Redwing Stingers were the "B" Side Champions in the Saskatoon Toon Town Showdown Hockey Tournament. The team placed second in the Waldheim Tournament and were the "A" side winners in the Zone X, Wild's 3v3 Tournament.

Redwing Thrashers - Bantam II City Champions!

Congratulations to the Bantam II Redwing Thrashers - City Champions 2006-2007. The team was also the Provincial Runner-Up in Battleford, losing the Provincial Final to Battleford by a score of 2-1. The Thrashers are coached by Rob Kelln, Hugh MacGowan, Scott Kendal and Rob Herrick.

SMHA Introduces New One-year Pilot Project

The Saskatoon Minor Hockey Association (SMHA) has approved the implementation of a one-year pilot project to assist in keeping young adults playing hockey. For the 2007-2008 hockey season, 18 year old players (1989 birth year) may register with the SMHA in the Midget Non-Contact division.  >>more

Razors Peewee Non-Contact - City Champions

Thrashers Bantam III advance to next round of Provincial Playdowns

Redwing Flames having successful season

The Saskatoon Atom 2 Redwing Flames won the B-side final against the Redwing Wolfpack at the Redwing Atom tournament held on Feb 10th-12th, won the A-side final against the host team at the Dundurn Atom tournament held on Sunday, February 5th, and won a tournament in Colonsay held in January.
