2005 Team Challenge

Congratulations to all the fencers who participated in the 2005 Team Challenge and made it such a success!

Participation was at a level that hasn't been seen for quite a long time.  Although the large numbers of teams led to a delay in starting the sabre event, the sabre fencers were cheering enthusiastically right to the end of the competition.

Plans are already in place for next year to adjust the scheduling to accommodate even more teams while still being able to showcase Salle Seguin as the venue.

It was great to see so many fencers from outside of Saskatoon, especially the twelve fencers from Moose Jaw, including nine from our newest club, the 15 Wing Moose Jaw Matadors.
