Sanctioned by the Canadian Fencing Federation through the Saskatchewan Branch. For all except the Under 13 event(s), competitors resident in Saskatchewan must be 2002/2003 competitive members of the SFA and CFF, and non-residents must be 2002/2003 competitive members of the CFF or other Federation. Under 13 event participants must hold a current Participating (Special) Membership. Age Categories: Under 13: born 1990 or since; Cadet: born 1986 or since; Junior: born 1983 or since.

THE ABOVE TIMES ARE FOR CLOSE OF REGISTRATION. FENCERS NOT PRESENT AT CLOSE OF REGISTRATION WILL BE WITHDRAWN. EVENTS WILL START APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES AFTER THE CLOSE OF REGISTRATION. ALL TIMES ARE CENTRAL STANDARD AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES. CHANGES WILL BE POSTED. ALL EVENTS ARE CONDITIONAL ON A MINIMUM OF 3 ENTRIES RECEIVED BY THE DEADLINE.

FEE

  • $18 per event (all events, all age categories)

RULES

The latest FIE rules will apply except regarding Kevlar clothing and maraging blades. Each fencer's equipment and clothing must satisfy the requirements of Article 27 of the Rules and Regulations of Competition of the FIE. ALL COMPETITORS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR PROPER FENCING CLOTHING. NO SWEATPANTS OR WINDPANTS WILL BE ALLOWED.

ENTRY DETAILS

  • FENCERS MAY ENTER MORE THAN ONE EVENT ON EACH DAY, HOWEVER THEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO WITHDRAW FROM AN EVENT IF THEIR ENTRY WILL IMPEDE THE PROGRESS OF THE COMPETITION. FENCERS MUST REMAIN IN THE EVENT IN PROGRESS.
  • ENTRY RECEIVED AFTER DEADLINE: $10 PENALTY
  • LATE CHECK-IN: $10 PENALTY (if allowed to fence by Directoire)
  • Canadian fencers must present a valid CFF passport in order to compete.
  • DEADLINE: ENTRY MUST BE RECEIVED BY: 10:00 pm (CST), Thu., Jan. 30
