Submitting this form enters you in the 2003 Northwestern Open, to be held February 8 & 9 in PRINCE ALBERT. Please note that entries received after 10:00 pm (CST), Thu., Jan. 30 will not be processed.

Please note that fencers under 18 years of age must present an entry form signed by a parent or guardian prior to the start of their events.
