Booking Officials and Drawmasters

This is an issue that has been a problem in the past few years, and I want to head it off this year.

When you are planning a tournament PLEASE arrange both officials and drawmasters WELL ahead of time.

We do not appreciate getting a phone call on Wednesday or Thursday for a tournament set to start that Friday. Some of us have jobs, etc. that require notice for days off.

Make sure that when you talk to the coordinator for your area that you indicate whether or not you need a drawmaster, and how many.

The coordinators are currently Josh Wiebe (955-2046) in Saskatoon and Calvin Banda (757-4796) in Regina.
