LABS: End of Term 1

FROM: Laverne Sander, P111 Lab Coordinator, Rm 112 Phys, 966-6438, Laverne.Sander@usask.ca
DATE:  29 November 2005

Congratulations, you have completed the first term of Phys 111 labs!

Lab averages, and the mark you obtained in the last lab will be posted outside Room 112 by the middle of next week.

Makeup labs are Monday, Dec 5th. A schedule is posted outside the lab.

Labs begin again the week of Jan 9th. There will be a MANDATORY introduction to the second term labs during that week (in room 112 at your regular lab time.)

Among other things, we will introduce error calculations, look in detail at the first few labs, and re-assign lab sections and/or group assignments as necessary. (Groups of three will probably NOT be necessary second term.

Your first ten labs will be filed, and you will start with a NEW binder next term. Pick one up between now and then. (At least some of you should go buy them NOW, so they have time to order more at the bookstores.)
