2019 News

• Bantam AAA News
  • Registration opens for Bantam AAA City-Wide (SBAAABL) on February 1st and runs until February 28th. Please access the registration system through the new SBAAABL website, www.sbaaabl.ca. This website is where you can find any information pertaining to the new league.
     
  • We are looking at the possibility of running some warm-up sessions at the Gordie Howe Complex prior to tryouts. Please check www.sbaaabl.ca for information.
     
  • Players trying out for the AAA city-wide league should register for both AAA tryouts as well as their home zone. The only payment to be made at this time is for the tryouts. Once tryouts and the draft are completed, players will pay fees for the regular season depending on where they end up.

2018 BANTAM SELECTS

Information sheet and Player Registration Form

This year we will be running this the same as last year. We will not be holding the actual Bantam Selects Showcase Tournament as we have in the past. We will now be holding a Bantam Selects ID Weekend from June 9-10 in a location TBA (possibly Regina in 2018).

The 15U Head Coach will be Mike Lindsay with his Assistant Coaches Brett Walchuk and Chris Sastaunik.

Baseball Sask will be hosting the 2018 Bantam Selects ID Weekend from June 9-10 . The format for the weekend will be for the players to be evaluated on Saturday, June 9th, and then put into teams and play games on Sunday, June 10th.

We will use this to help evaluate players to be selected to the 15U Bantam Selects Team that we will be sending to the 2018 15U Baseball Canada National Championship in Oshawa, ON from August 23-26.

Eligibility (2018)

• The Bantam (15U) League is for players born in 2003 or 2004.

  • Congratulations to the Saskatoon Blue Jays, who defeated the Sask Five Giants to win the AAA Bantam City Championship. (click image for larger version)
     
    
     
• 2017 Bantam AA City Championship Playoffs
  • Congratulations to the Blue Jay Sluggers, winners of the 2017 Bantam AA League Championship.  The Sluggers defeated the Sask Five Giants 2 in the final.
